We’re looking for a Photographer and Stylist to join or marketing team for approximately 12 months. A diverse role you’ll be working within a fast-paced marketing department, responsible for all photography across the business. A key brand guardian you’ll continuously elevate our product photography across all Hallmark’s retailers, and the creative photography for our digital marketing and social media channels.

- A portfolio which showcases
- Commercial product photography in a variety of settings including lifestyle and white background work.
- Creative Product photography including styled flat lays and social media content
- Please note: You will be asked to add links to your previous work as part of your application.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an FMCG, lifestyle centric business or brand
- Previous experience of GIF/stop motion capability and/or event photography, would be a significant advantage
- An efficient and organised approach to overseeing your process from planning, styling, and editing, through to producing and executing, using data and insight to continuously review and improve.
- Previous qualifications within a photography-based field, would be a benefit.
- You are proficient in Photoshop and editing software to create and edit product photography for all our online retailers in line with their specification and criteria.
- You are comfortable shooting tethered and using Adobe Lightroom, as well as a full range of studio lighting.
- You are a confident mac user, with experience of Adobe suite
- You’re engaged in, and receptive to open feedback and discussion with managers, peers, and others, to maintain a productive, inter-dependent and resilient creative environment.
- An awareness to your personal strengths and a proactive approach to seeking developmental opportunities to continuously improve your skills, techniques and capability.
- Previous experience of pro-actively skill-sharing within the team to build the capability of others and create a strong sense of team and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Leads the product photography and direction for all key retailers, consistently reviewing performance and making improvements.
- Leads the direction, styling, and photography for all our digital marketing channels, including our website and both organic and paid social channels, alongside video styling where necessary.
- Works closely with Marketing designers on the creation of a Hallmark look and feel for online and offline channels, adhering to all brand guidelines set.
- Works on a wide variety of briefs, concepts, and projects to create emotionally connecting photography that meet the parameters of the brief.
- Supports marketing designers with lifestyle photography edits for online marketing channels.
- Supports broader creative team with photography required for card designs.
- Responsible for the photography studio set up, layout and management to ensure accuracy and efficiency of workload.
- Manages the photography process flow to ensure deadlines are met.
- Works with the wider team to create inspiring blog content and improve our ranking on Google.
- Uses data analytics, insights & trends to continuously adapt and evolve our brand to increase engagement, embodying our brand guidelines.
- Works closely with the US teams to share learnings on processes, studio, and equipment and leverage our global influence for commercial benefit.
