PHP Developer - Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced PHP (Laravel Developer) to join our dedicated and friendly team. The technology stack is PHP/Laravel, and MySQL. The role requires having a clear understanding of our business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and implementation on the platform. We’re looking for someone that’s not only a senior-level developer, but also for someone that can make moves with Laravel. This role includes:

Working closely with other developers to solve complex problems.

Continuously improve the system by engaging with leadership team and contributing new ideas.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
-
Writing “clean” code per company coding standards, in a timely and scalable manner.

Working in small cross-functional teams to build, ship, and maintain the company’s products.
-
Communicating directly with users to gather requirements and feedback.
-
Code reviews, automated testing, CI.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have 2-5 years development experience, with proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
• 
  High proficiency with server-side languages, with particular expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• 
  You have a high level of expertise with the architecture for web-applications and databases, optimising MySQL, and monitoring their performance.
• 
  You have an eye for quality code, easily identifying code that needs rework.
• 
  You’re a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• 
  You have a knack for explaining complex concepts to the non-technically minded.
• 
  You must attend the office at least 3 days in a week
