NEIS, is seeking an Audit Manager as we continue to grow our team! This position will be instrumental for implementation of strategic goals of company as established by company President in our audit department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct oversight of the auditors in your assigned group
  • Maintain constant communication with field reps to ensure progress reports are current on past due files 95% of the time
  • Meet time service, quality and production goals outlined by President/Clients. Assigned Risk due dates must be met, no exception. This requires extensive communication with the field reps.
  • Assign work based on the individual auditor’s capabilities as far as technical, employment status, overall industry experience etc.
  • Provide Field Rep inventory Analysis every week in preparation for weekly meeting
  • Watch inventory closely by customer
  • Manage rep production hours
  • Respond to field rep concerns
  • Provide technical advice to field reps as needed
  • Manage field rep territories to ensure time service is met and workloads of field reps match what their skill set is
  • Work with RVPs and Human Resources to staff territories adequately
  • Participate in regular meetings with RVPs and your direct RVP to maintain communication
  • Provide regular updates as required by President, VP or RVP

Job Requirements:

  • 10 years audit industry experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • Proven business oversight and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify inefficient processes within the audit department and create and implement efficient solutions with limited resources
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in oversight and management, as well as budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)
