FULL JOB SPECIFICATION:

Working within the Physical Infrastructure Team who deliver cabling and networking solutions for our clients which includes installations of Wi-Fi network equipment across large hotel groups and well known hi-street stores
The role will be to Co-ordinate the Physical Infrastructure project work and ensure that all project milestones are hit within agreed timescales whilst being completed to the highest standards.
The role will work closely with the existing clients/projects within the Physical Infrastructure portfolio to ensure that all projects are professionally planned and the customer is kept updated at all times.
The successful candidate will have close working relationship with our existing technical teams to assist with changes and conflicts as they arise.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent; Maths, English
  • Experience in an admin environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and internet-based tools

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the project work assigned to the Physical Infrastructure team
  • Assisting and supporting the Team Leader and Project Management team ensuring resource is allocated quickly and efficiently
  • Liaising with customers and site providers to ensure all aspects of the projects have been planned correctly
  • Processing / coordinating service requests coming from our NOC team (moves, adds & changes)
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed and all issues are owned through to resolution
  • Ensuring health and safety of self and others
  • Undertaking all other reasonable requests/ tasks that may be required of the post as directed by Line Manager.
