Allied Universal is seeking Physical Security Analyst in Downtown Toronto.
POSITION TYPE- FULL TIME
Pay Rate- $22.55 to $25.55 an hour, Rotating shifts

Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join CIBC’s Physical Access Services team, who are on a mission to create an Enterprise wide, best-in-class physical security program. The physical access services team is focused on both the continuous improvement of the program and the growth of the individuals within the team. As a member of the team, you’ll contribute directly to the growth of the program. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, an effective communicator who works well in a team environment and someone who actively challenges the status quo.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer an enterprise security system. This includes modifying access permissions for existing cardholders, coordinating the provisioning of new or replacement credentials and managing the access requests for visitors/suppliers;
- Take an active role in the continuous improvement of the physical access services program;
- Collaborate with team members in developing and maintaining processes based on industry best practice;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and peers;
- Stay organized while coordinating access reconciliations to meet internal and industry audit requirements;
- Manage escalations in a timely and professional manner;
- Manage client expectations/concerns through strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Track and maintain accurate records for inventory management;
- Being flexible in changing business needs;
