Description:
THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT POSITION – 3PM-11PM MON-FRI.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor physical security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems, to detect and assess potential security threats.
- Analyze physical security alerts and data from various sources to identify genuine threats and false alarms.
- Conduct research and gather intelligence on potential incidents/risks, or post incidents; prepare reports on findings with recommendations.
- Coordinate rapid response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (like IT, HR, legal) for a multidisciplinary approach to incident management.
- Document all physical security incidents and responses in detail for future reference and learning.
- Regularly review and update physical security protocols to align with current threats and organizational changes.
- Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Recommend and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to reduce physical security risks.
- Perform routine physical security audits to ensure compliance with established protocols and industry standards.
- Liaise with external security agencies and vendors for enhanced security collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their security needs
