We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. In this role, you will provide specialized therapeutic care to premature infants, promoting optimal development and recovery. You will assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide family training, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of our tiniest patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Active state licensure
  • NICU experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with infants and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of neonatal patients.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Educate families on developmental care and therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, speech-language pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
