POSITION DESCRIPTION
mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as the Physician Engagement Associate. This role reports directly to the Program Manager, Weight Management Program. The Physician Engagement Associate will play a critical role in expanding our network of physicians by enrolling them into mPharma’s Center of Excellence for the Weight Management Program. This role is essential in building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, driving physician engagement, and promoting the weight management program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, healthcare administration, or any related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Fluent oral and written English
- Spotless business and personal background
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, recruit, and onboard physicians into the Weight Management Program’s Center of Excellence network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing engagement and participation in the program.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of the Weight Management Program to physicians, highlighting the clinical value and patient outcomes. Deliver presentations, provide marketing materials, and organize webinars or workshops to promote the program.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for physicians, including providing training on mPharma’s clinical assessment tools and guiding them on the referral process for enrolling patients in the program.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and private practices to engage with physicians, resolve any concerns, and provide updates on the program.
- Track physician recruitment progress, referral volumes, and engagement levels. Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Program Manager on the status of physician engagement efforts and overall recruitment targets.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in obesity management and healthcare delivery to effectively communicate the value of the Weight Management Program to physicians.
