REQUIREMENTS

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

EDUCATION:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ascension Medical Group - Cornerstone Roseville Family Practice is a well-established practice in Warren, Michigan. The practice is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine physician to join their busy, 3-physician primary care practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• See outpatient visits including well visits, sports physicals, acute visits, Medicare Wellness visits and immunizations
• OMT is optional
