ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum three (3) years’ of relevant academic program coordination experience.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of project or program goals.
- Experience with data collection and reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of funding programs for graduate students.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program review and accreditation processes.
- Experience promoting programming and delivering presentations and workshops to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing recruitment events including conducting post-event evaluation and analysis
- Experience producing promotional and outreach materials
- Strong experience with planning and estimating financial resources for programs and/or projects.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent project coordination skills, with an ability to foster collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team player
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and virtual and hybrid meeting technology (ie. Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Responding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting asappropriate
- Collecting analyzing, scoring and ranking incoming applications for review
- Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders; Analyzing service delivery and/or internal processes and recommending improvements.
- Keeping well-informed on funding opportunities and resources, applicationpolicies/procedures and key deadlines
