Why You’ll Love It
If you’re an experienced physiotherapist who enjoys working independently and thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. While we’re not actively seeking someone right now, the right individual will find an opportunity to grow with a practice that values flexibility, personal growth, and excellent patient care.
All About You
You have at least two years of post-graduate experience and a solid background in manual therapy . You’re comfortable managing your own caseload, and you’re ready to dive into a role where you can really make an impact. Whether you’re looking for part-time work or a more flexible self-employed role, you’re the type of person who thrives in an independent setting.
Key qualities we’re looking for:
- HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
- Strong manual therapy skills and excellent clinical reasoning
- Personable and ready to contribute to a positive practice culture
- A full UK driving licence with your own vehicle (due to limited public transport access to the clinics)
- Honest, driven, and eager to make a difference in your patients’ lives
If you’re passionate about private practice and want to take on a role where you can truly develop your skills, this could be an excellent fit.
What Will You Be Doing?
In this part-time associate role, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own patient caseload and deliver high-quality manual therapy. You’ll focus on mobilising and manipulating muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints as appropriate to help patients on their recovery journey.
While you’ll be working independently, you’ll be part of a supportive team and will have the chance to collaborate with the clinic owner and other practitioners. You’ll:
- Provide manual therapy treatments to a wide range of patients
- Manage your own caseload and contribute to the clinic’s reputation for excellent care
- Benefit from a flexible, professional environment with ongoing support
- Help grow the practice through great patient care and word-of-mouth referrals
Reaching Your Potential
The right person for this role will not only find a place to apply their existing skills but will also have plenty of room to grow. The practice is committed to your development and will provide mentoring and support for continued professional learning.
Additionally, there is the potential for this role to expand as the practice grows . With new clinics planned for Kent and East Sussex, there could be opportunities for career progression and new challenges down the line.
If you’re looking to build a career in private practice, this is an opportunity where you can truly reach your potential
