We are a growing private practice located in Bexley NSW. We are recognised in the area as one of the leaders in rehabilitation and service levels. Since our opening in 2013, we have developed excellent rapport with patients as well as a wide range of doctors and leading specialists.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised and dedicated individual to become a valued member of our team on a Casual basis; Remuneration is relative to experience and based on an hourly rate. The role will require you to:
- Greet all patients & maintain patient records
- Take phone calls & schedule appointments
- Manage payments & invoicing
- Compose letters and reports to doctors, surgeons, insurance companies etc.
- Maintain a clean & tidy environment
- Provide administrative support to practice clinicians
We work as a highly functioning team rather than individuals. You will need to be motivated and performance driven, and at the same time able to integrate into a team that values a friendly and humorous culture.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Medical reception experience preferred but not essential
- Interest or education in the field of physiotherapy preferred but not essential
