Your role includes:
- Being the first contact for our patients, both over the phone and in person.
- You will be responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients.
- You’ll support and work alongside the Practice Managers & Clinic Directors across the clinics.
We expect you to be motivated and want to go the extra mile. We’re looking for someone who can multi-task, use their initiative, work well under pressure, remarkable patience and have stunning conversational skills.
Previous reception and administration experience working within a similar role is preferred.
Training will be provided.
Starting salary is £25,650 per annum, progression opportunities available. 37.5 hours per week over 4 days, with 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays.
