KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate the establishment of field modification files, warranty support, APM commissioning and any other relevant documentation
- Staffing and liaising with procurement to ensure timely supplies of associated tools and materials, interfacing with the production site and the PI team
- Verify field modification files including test procedure (complete, availability, validation)
- Coordinate and ensure timely deployment (and optimization of train downtime) of all modifications in collaboration with the Project management, PI and the customer
- Ensure quality, cost and delays of the field modifications through a selection of appropriate competencies (e.g. special processes)
- Communicate to all parties’ progress and configurations during the field modification deployment
- Support PrPIM in all field modification, warranty, and commissioning related matters
- Implement and enforce EHS requirements on PI customer site with the support of EHS team representatives
- Ensure PI processes are respected
- Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans if any deviation or non-conformity in the perimeter of FM implementation
- Supervise Supplier modification implementation if necessary
EDUCATION:
- Mandatory: Certified Technician or Undergraduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronic)
- Minimum IT knowledge § Internal EHS training Desirable: § Graduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronic)
EXPERIENCE:
- Several years of customer depot environment
- Field Experience
- EHS knowledge and exposure
- Product knowledge
- Capacity to analyze supply contracts
- Team management (if applicable)
