POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will ensure that all products are handled with care and are ready to be delivered on time, contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or similar logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems or willingness to learn.

• Order Picking: Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves according to order specifications and inventory lists.
• Order Packing: Safely pack products into boxes, ensuring they are protected during transit, and label packages correctly.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by scanning and tracking products to ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
• Shipping Preparation: Prepare and organize orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and shipped on time.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing and notify management of any discrepancies.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe by following all safety and cleanliness guidelines.
