As a DRAM device Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc, you will be working with an industry leading team on cutting edge technologies to enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab, ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM product to customers. You will be responsible for the analysis of electrical test results, driving the improvement of device performance and reliability, performing device characterization, developing data automation et al. As part of the position, you will have opportunities to work closely with the data engineering team, Process integration and development team, Product Engineering team, Product design team, QA team and failure analysis team et al.
- Enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab. Ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM product to customers.
- Analyze electrical data and send feedback to (PI) Progress integration team. Work with PI to define the actions based on the learning of electrical data.
- Drive the improvement of device performance and reliability through proposing or/and running DOE on the silicon.
- Device characterization and deep diving to understand device performance and reliability issue.
- Monitor and maintain device performance on the production line. Make sure the espec meets the production grade need.
- Communicate and present the results to big audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics is required.
- Some background in semiconductor device characterization.
- Knowledge of programming languages (such as C++, python), software tools is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR et al. Memory industry working experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
- Understanding of CMOS and circuit operation. Knowledge of product architecture of semiconductor memory is a plus.
- Good communication skill and self-motivated.
EDUCATION:
M.S or PhD on Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics
