Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pig Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pig farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm, including animal care, feeding, breeding, health management, and overall farm efficiency. The Pig Farm Manage will ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in animal husbandry, preferably in pig farming.
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of pig health, breeding, and nutrition.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with farm equipment and machinery.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of farm management software and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.A degree or certification in animal science, agriculture, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily care and feeding of pigs.
- Manage breeding programs and ensure optimal reproduction cycles.
- Monitor and maintain pig health, including administering treatments and working with veterinarians.
- Maintain farm equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure proper sanitation on the farm.
- Track farm production data and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding animal welfare, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and manage farm budgets and expenses.Implement and oversee animal welfare practices and protocols.
