• Must hold a Pilates Instructor certification from a international reputable institution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Company Vision and Strategic Plan: Support and contribute to the company’s vision and strategic goals, both short-term and long-term.
• Studio Presentation: Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in excellent condition.
• Pilates Classes: Develop and expand Pilates classes, offering high-quality instruction to all clients.Be available to clients for advice and assistance when not conducting 1-on-1 sessions or administrative tasks.
• Equipment Safety and Cleanliness: Clean and inspect studio equipment for safety after each class.
• Memberships: Review and promote memberships and related services monthly.
• Marketing: Actively participate in promoting the studio.
• Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management and punctuality.
