Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging and effective Pilates reformer classes, educating clients on proper techniques, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and fitness. The instructor will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients while promoting the benefits of Pilates.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate participants during classes.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle class schedules and client interactions.

    Job Types: Casual, Freelance
    Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group and individual Pilates sessions tailored to various skill levels.
  • Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety measures during exercises.
  • Create and implement class plans that align with clients’ fitness goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and inspiring participants throughout classes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely start and end times for sessions.
  • Communicate clearly in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus.
