ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Studio Manager/Main Instructor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience at our boutique reformer studio. You will be the branded face of FitMe Pilates, leading by example and creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for our clients. You’ll not only teach high-quality Pilates classes but also manage day-to-day studio operations, support clients, and oversee a team of instructors.
This position offers an exciting blend of teaching and leadership, with plenty of room for growth and development within a flourishing brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and teach small, personalized Pilates reformer classes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and fostering strong relationships.
• Manage and schedule other instructors to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Oversee studio administration including bookings, inquiries, and client communications.
• Act as the brand ambassador of FitMe Pilates, promoting the studio’s vision and values.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
