JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience
- Ability to analyze and present data efficiently.
- Deep understanding of ATE or measurement system fundamentals.
- Knowledge of design and reliability processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex ATE or measurement systems to component level.
- Excellent communication skills, in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects in various stages of release.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to influence and drive issues to resolution.
- Working knowledge of Scripting (Perl, Python, etc.) Visual Basic / C# .NET is a plus.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES
- Participate in all phases of the design cycle providing feedback enabling long term manufacturing processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Project Deliverables, offering proactive solutions to enhance project success.
- Execute and continuously improve processes to achieve product and process stability.
- Work collaboratively with all engineering disciplines to ensure successful project launch of high yielding and reliable ATE instrumentation.
- Provide data and evidence to assess the stability of hardware, software, and processes, facilitating effective decision-making.
- Document test process and train users.
