We develop processes for new ostomy care products
Your new team – Projects Ostomy Care – is situated in our Pilot Plant facility in Mørdrup/ Espergærde and a core stakeholder between R&D and volume production. We are responsible for the development of new high volume manufacturing processes including pilot test equipment for process and product development.
The team consists of 14 highly skilled colleagues, 7 engineers and 7 technicians, each with their main area of expertise and several years of experience within process development and volume production.
Drive projects, align stakeholders – and support your colleagues
In this role you will be crucial for ensuring a strong team collaboration and successful execution in allocated process development projects and/ or project development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE TO:

Facilitate, plan and drive Pilot Plant activities, deliverables, and projects
Represent Pilot Plant interests across all project development phases
Foster a holistic project mindset for efficient process development execution
Deliver specialist tasks within projects to enable team focus on essential tasks
Align Pilot Plant activities with stakeholders to ensure progress and stakeholder alignment

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent
Experience with Product Development, Process Development or Project Management
Experience with cross-functional project work and participation in development projects
Fluent in English and preferably also Danish
