We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team at the Chicago Pizza Restaurant at Radisson Blu Plaza, Oslo.

Responsibilities:
- Pizza Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in pizza making, with a focus on American-style pizza.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in pizza work.
- Menu Development: Innovate and create new pizza flavors seasonally to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Menu Engineering & Pricing: Work on menu development, pricing strategies, and cost control to ensure profitability while maintaining high standards.
- HACCP: Ensure food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Be a team builder and a leader, capable of motivating and guiding kitchen staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Chef Education: A culinary education is preferable.
