Description:

The Professional Practice, Education and Training team based at Campbell House, Northampton are looking for a motivated individual to join them to establish new ways of working across the Trust following the Governments desire to increase placement and training opportunities for learners.
The new role requires someone with the ability to provide project management support as a Placement Capacity Lead to oversee, co-ordinate, facilitate and manage the volume of learner placements in the Trust. The role will include developing and building relationships with practice areas, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders as well as providing support to the wider team to plan and organise training.
The post will suit a person who enjoys a challenge, is organised, has good communication skills, works well independently but also as part of a team. They will also need to be able to prioritise workloads, produce and analyse data and prepare reports.
