Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
- Participation in new construction projects and buildings in the existing building
- Design, approval and execution planning of construction projects
- Planning and coordination of construction work
- Communication with our project partners
Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
- Successfully completed studies (Uni/TU/FH) in the field of architecture/interior architecture
- Work experience is desirable
- Wide-ranging interest in all planning areas and joy in working in a team
- Distinctive creative competence
- Good knowledge of VOB, occupational safety and environmental regulations, technical regulations and DIN/ISO regulations
- Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational talent
- Joy in communicating and interacting with people
- Prior knowledge of Autodesk Revit is desirable
