REQUIREMENTS:
As a minimum you must have:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks according to business priorities
- Intermediate computer skills and high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a solution-based mentality and the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced high pressure environment
- Exposure to the HVAC or Service industry will be highly regarded
We are looking for a customer-focused service planner with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;
- Participate in achieving Environmental Health and Safety targets for the business.
- Work harmoniously with other employees regarding their rights and company requirements.
- Collaborate with Service Managers to plan and schedule day-to-day operations of Technicians, ensuring timely service delivery as per contractual commitments.
- Utilise the Service ERP system to manage service jobs, including breakdown service repairs, agreement maintenance, projects and quoted work, from creation to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Technicians, promptly addressing their issues and coordinating resolutions with the Service Manager, including vehicle, tool, equipment, and parts requirements

The Service Planner is crucial in providing comprehensive support to the Service Department and delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal clients. As the primary communication link between customers, on-site technicians, and the broader service team, the Service Planner ensures efficient coordination, advanced scheduling, and smooth service operations administration. The role involves data entry, job management, resource planning, and customer relationship management
