A bit about the role…

As a Planner with Costa Express, you’ll be working in a fast-paced planning environment, for a team that plays a pivotal role in the performance of the Business. You’ll plan the work for our field service teams, so that collectively we can keep that wonderful coffee flowing. Reporting to the Planning Lead, your accountabilities will include…

  • The day-to-day planning of Costa Express field teams, ensuring all work is planned based on agreed business priorities
  • Planning ahead – taking a medium to long term view of field workload is essential to ensure you capitalise on any opportunities as well as highlighting challenges ahead
  • Ensuring all Express machines receive planned maintenance visits in line with machine specific requirements
  • Driving machine installation success through pro-active communication with Customer and Contractors as part of the installation journey
  • Clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders, to include Engineers, Brand Excellence Coaches, Express Sales team and Service Team Management

  • Proven understanding of complex operational processes and the ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail – essential with so many manual processes across the team
