BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or certified optician.
- 2-4 years’ experience in project management/ program management roles.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Sales Force and Oracle systems are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Set up new product and new assortments.
- Manage relationship with those frames vendors which are specific to the Key Accounts assortment.
- Coordinate and track frame refreshes.
- Interact with Key Account corporate office for activity planning and reporting purposes.
- Respond to customer service issues and determine root cause of issues.
- Act as escalation point / second level for Customer Service.
- Coordination with the supply chain for service level improvements.
- Optimize product return processes.
- Create SOP documents for new or changing processes.
- Provide training for new or changing processes to appropriate groups (Customer Service, Field Consultants).
- Log support tickets with IT for system issues.
- Audit customer pricing and resolve discrepancies.
