JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shift: Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri
Kratos Antenna Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Planner for our Whitby, Ontario location. The Planner is responsible for the development and execution of their schedule to ensure customer timelines are met. Working with the entire Operations team the planner will coordinate with cross functional teams daily to ensure production flow.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 3 Years’ experience in planning or similar role/area of work
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of EPICOR or other ERP processes applicable to planning and procurement
• Detailed knowledge of current MS Office
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanour.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments, key business partners, and government agencies.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10% - May be required between locations
