Description:

Overview
Monitor aircraft flow chart with production control and maintenance sections to meet daily, weekly and monthly maintenance planning objectives. Coordinate with material planning section to ensure that necessary tools, equipment, POL and aircraft spare parts are on hand for scheduled inspections. Expedite maintenance and logistics resources leading up to aircraft scheduled maintenance. Perform trend analysis on spare parts consumption. Coordinate with aviation logistics section and technical follow up regarding the status of ACFT spare parts and equipment. Analyze the flying hour programs, maintenance schedules, adjust spare part levels to maintain inventory of (PLL) & TBO parts. Monitor high failure rate spare parts and provide recommendations to set/increase stock levels.
Will also be responsible for:
1. Ensure parts, tools, equipment and POL is on hand for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
2. Coordinate on a daily basis with Maintenance Supervisors / Team Lead to identify aircraft spares / tools requirements for current and future maintenance operations and discuss urgent requirements.
3. Conduct a daily meeting with Material Planning Supervisor and Technical Follow Up Supervisor to follow up on new and repair orders status and discuss all urgent requirements by maintenance.
4. Identify and create PLL list for new aircrafts in service to ensure meeting schedule maintenance requirements of spares.
5. Track and plan spares for TBO, SB, and MWO items for assigned airframe.
6. Coordinate with Production Control Manager and present final deployment kit list for approval.
7. Add part numbers and set levels for sub stores / deployment kits to meet schedule maintenance and update when necessary.
8. Provide assistance to the material planner in order to achieve and complete the procurement cycle.
9. Assist the Production planning supervisor to prepare reports requested by planning manager and customer.
10. Under daily operational control of the Production planning supervisor.

Qualification
Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&P License )FAA A&P certificate or equivalent preferred.
Must have thorough knowledge on use of common tools, special tools, hardware, and equipment’s used in the aviation maintenance.
Experience
Minimum of 8 Years Hands on experience in Aviation Maintenance and / or Back Shops experience on aircraft.
Must have experience in Aviation Maintenance and/or Back Shops experience, with a working knowledge of aviation Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge and experience in aviation maintenance operations.
TAMMS-A experience is preferred.
Background in military aviation maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of aircraft avionics and mechanical parts functions and maintenance requirements.
Must have thorough knowledge on use of common tools, special tools, hardware, and equipment’s used in the aviation maintenance.
