- Competent in planning and organizing work schedules.
- Competent in the use of Primavera Software P6.
- Ability to read technical drawings, and coordinate schedules with 4/5D BIM information.
- This is a development role, so on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
McConnell Dowell is seeking a Planner to be based at our SEA HQ office in Singapore and supports the tender bid activities for civil marine works in the SEA region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE;
- Supporting the planning and scheduling functions for the company tenders.
- Adherence to the McConnell Dowell Management System.
- Contribute to proposed Work Break Down Structure, prepare proposed schedule in accordance with WBS, with logic.
- Prepare resource and cost-loaded schedules.
- Undertake Schedule Risk assessments.
- In consultation with relevant project personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement, and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and tender requirements.
- Implement revision control of schedules for inclusion in tender submission.
- Assist in preparation of Cash Flow analysis for tenders.
- Maintain and utilise productivity benchmarking information.
- Prepare Basis of Schedule documents for inclusion in tenders.
- Contribute to the development of WBS standards.
- Analyse actual project data to inform benchmarking information.
- Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
