Description:
PLANNER
We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Planner to help us drive innovation and excellence in our projects and daily business.
Under the direction of Head of Logistic co-ordinate the production/logistic flow, follow the existent methods and the accepted processes. With his/her high experience help other colleagues and support management teams with new development ideas.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Professional qualification in the area of engineering or logistics
- Min 2 years of experience on the field of production planning
- Fluent Hungarian and strong English language knowledge - as a working language - is a must (written and oral)
- Strong computer literate in MS Office, also strong knowledge in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
- Continuous improvement orientated
- Strong knowledge of LEAN methods
- Ability to train others, explain working methods

Responsibilities:
- Translate and maintain customer demand into effective and efficient production & delivery plans in SAP that meet customer requirements; smooth production capacity levels and support reaching manufacturing goals (OTD, Leadtime, Blocked stock, etc)
- Issue and maintain production orders, delivery schedules in timely manner
- Own the production schedule. Proactively analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to relevant internal or external stakeholders
- Regularly meet with the workcell and manufacturing team to assess & control the realization of production schedules. Be the workcell’s SME (subject matter expert) on all planning activities.
- Key contact responsible for compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
- Control material stock levels according to customer and company regulations
- Schedule and plan product reworks
- Controls Product transfer, NPI, Engineering Change Over processes from Planning aspect
- As focal point in the order fulfillment process, partner closely with Customer; Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Engineering, Quality, Master Data, Finance and Sales teams.
- Be familiar with the terms and conditions of customer contracts regarding aspects of material planning, production and delivery scheduling.
- Participate in process development through continuous improvement and the use of LEAN guidelines
- Support the development of Planning or Operations initiatives and strategies
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Create reports to help support process improvement, analytics and general performance related directly or indirectly to supply chain and/or operations
- Actively participates in the control and operation of the processes related to the MIR-KIR-MEBIR (Q-ESH) system and, if necessary, formulates
