We are looking for an Planner to join our team and support the Flavors & Extracts Latin America business in Tlalnepantla de Baz. The Planner will need to have solid experience coordinating, planning and supervising the production processes that are completed in our manufacturing plant.

What you’ll do:

  • The main activities include the daily revision of Customer orders as well as confirmation of delivery date to Customer Service area.
  • Run and MRP Detail message review to place the Raw and packaging material requisitions to purchasing area indicating the quantities and delivery dates required.
  • Effectively plan what is to be achieved and properly coordinate and involve all relevant areas. The key here is being able to demonstrate that you can determinate the necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources required to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
  • Daily follow up to the assurance the original Production Plan established was achieved..

What you’ll bring:

  • Career in Biochemical, Food, Chemical, Industrial Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience as production planner.
  • At least three years of experience in production and materials planning is required.
  • Extensive experience in inventory planning and control.
  • Experience in purchasing raw materials.
  • Extensive experience with OTD performance metrics.
  • Experience with JD Edwards / SAP system.
  • Completed command of Excel and Access.
