Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar position, preferably in the events sector;
- A proactive and enthusiastic working attitude with a sense of responsibility;
- Stress-resistant and punctual;
- Very good Excel;
- You are Dutch and/or French speaking (with a good knowledge of the other language),in addition you are Fluent in English (company language);
Responsibilities:
- Filling crew positions for current and upcoming productions, mostly national but sometimes international;
- Working closely with the crew planners in your team and from other PRG branches;
- Creating “Call Sheets” to inform crew of work, times and details and you will arrange hotels and transport if necessary;
- You manage the calendars and work lists of our in house technicians;
- Responding ad hoc to sick or cancellations;
- Keeping the freelancer database up-to-date, including recruiting new freelancers;
- Providing input at production meetings regarding crew deployment;
- Monitoring the legal regulations concerning the deployment of crew;
- Creating purchase orders and processing purchase invoices;
