Salary up to £29,400 per annum.
We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
About the Role:
As a Planner you will be working in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. This local contract covers Redbridge council within the social housing sector.
A Planner within our Ilford branch. You will be doing admin duties, WIP management, will be taking and receiving call, receiving and responding email, raising repairs, planning works, ensuring operatives have a full diary of jobs every day, liaising with operatives and sub-contractors, ensuing all the follow-on work required and plan in if operatives need to go back to site.
Day to day duties:
- Answering client & internal calls and emails.
- Planning voids work for the in-house operatives and sub-contractors.
- Administration of compliance checks and visits.
- Housekeeping of internal MCM system.
- General administration duties.
- Mandatory training and compliance.
Role Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a call centre
- Good communication skills
- Experience with planning works
- Reliable
- Team player
