Job Posting:
This intermediate level position is responsible for analyzing, managing, and executing purchase requisitions based on demand, forecast, and inventory plans. Works with appropriate cross functional teams to ensure on time deliveries and completes root cause analysis when they are late. Analyze current and historical trends to make forecast recommendations to Licensees to support the financial goals along with securing appropriate production capacity. Develops seasonal forecasts with monthly flows as required to secure capacity including, but not limited to style and color levels.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with and support licensees by monitoring product category sales and inventory levels including developing appropriate tools and analysis to ensure effective management of each product/sku.
- Consolidate and submit orders from all licensees on a seasonal basis
- Support for purchase plan (Supply chain). Provide input to the supply chain area to define the licensee´s purchase plan to the factory and work closely with the logistic teams/licensee´s to define the shipping plan for the factory to each country.
- Identify potential supply chain risks as product shortages or delays and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop a demand forecast for the entire portfolio (Licensees) using statistical models, commercial information, market knowledge and licensee history trends.
- Monitor and account local productions.
- Consolidate and prepare periodic reports for stakeholder areas and management.
- Facilitate and control of Tech Packs and Patterns for a quality consistency throughout the region.
- Sales analysis in the region to support decision-making strategies for the brands.
- Monitor payments, invoices, and tax retention certificates corresponding to royalties and marketing campaign matters.
- Follow up on the information supply to the MEDIABOX system regarding royalties and monthly sales.
- Download Tech packs from the Stride portal.
