Description:
JOB TITLE: PLANNING AND EXECUTION MANAGER
Reporting to: Operations Director
Location: Redhill, Surrey (office based position)
Job Type: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proven experience in personal management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Responsibilities:
- **Plan
- Work with the sales team to input forecast and demand providing accurate delivery dates to the sales team.
- Work with sales team to maintain the open order book, ensuring clean and accurate data.
- Create/communicate manufacturing plan to meet customer demand.
- Release works order in accordance with the plan created.
- Set priorities and adjust plan as required to meet ad-hoc demand.
- Manage and carry out yearly performance development plans with Operations Assistant.
- Plan the requirements for key subcontractors.
- **Do
- Track that purchasing and production will meet the required dates to start or complete work. Highlight to all stakeholders any issues and solutions put in place by the operations team.
- Collaborate with key subcontractors to ensure delivery dates will be met
- **Check
- Once works orders are completed, analyse data to check data/timings/routing etc. were correct to meet customer demand.
- Create continuous improvement log tracking actions which need to be undertaken to develop the system.
- **Act
- Hold stakeholder accountable on improvements listed in log.
- Take ownership of developing MRP and the system based on the lessons learned.
