Description:
Job opportunity – Planning and Performance Officer (Band 7)
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Planning and Performance Team. To excel in this role, you will need to be a good communicator with excellent planning and organisational skills, be experienced in report writing and be able to influence, negotiate and challenge to drive improvement.
You will work closely with other members of the Planning and Performance Team and system partners to meet planning requirements and understand performance across the system. You will support the team to identify areas for improvement, work with ICB and system partners to develop improvement plans as required and monitor delivery of these plans against key milestones.

The Planning and Performance Officer will play a key role within the Planning and Performance Team to support the Head of Planning and Performance to deliver effective planning and performance functions.
The role will support the Head of Planning and Performance to ensure the ICB has robust plans in place to deliver key priorities and to deliver an effective performance and assurance function.
Our goal as an organisation is to lead and support delivery of the four Integrated Care System (ICS) aims across STW.
