We are currently looking for a motivated, dynamic, and outcomes-focused individual to join our Built Environment Team in a temporary full-time position as the Planning & Recovery Support Officer.
Reporting to the Coordinator Road Planning, this role will see you responsible for the delivery of administrative planning and developing a range of improvements to assist the Built Environment team with response and recovery processes for future emergency events.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, along with a demonstrated ability to use initiative and to manage and prioritise tasks in a timely manner. This position will be well suited to someone who has experience in responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders to understand issues, deliberate outcomes and facilitate calm and unbiased issue resolution to acceptable levels.
If you have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate well in an administrative based environment and be capable of managing competing priorities in a delivery focused high performing team, then we want to hear from you.
