Planning Engineer - Stormwater - Site Role in Dubai

Monitor project schedule and progress against the EPC Contractor’s construction and commissioning schedule.
Assist EPC Contractor’s planning and interfacing activities to mitigate program deviations.
Identify delays early and agree on remedies with the EPC Contractor.
Prepare and maintain documentation on planning and scheduling progress.
Audit EPC Contractor’s planning procedures and compliance.
Discuss and agree on report types and timing with the EPC Contractor.
Review EPC Contractor’s critical path network for logic, realism, and detail.
Produce trend reports for design and construction progress.
Monitor work progress through daily/weekly/monthly reports from the EPC Contractor.
Ensure development of project controls documents by the EPC Contractor.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Office.
10-15 years of experience in project planning roles.
Experience in planning/scheduling for large-scale construction projects.
Experience in GCC/UAE and desalination projects is desirable.
Familiarity with on-site operations.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university or college.
PMP Certification is advantageous.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
