Description:

  • Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining schedules and plans for construction and engineering projects.
  • This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project timelines, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and a minimum 2 years of experience in Project Planning.
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent work experience with significant experience in O&G service and Services Project Management in the O&G Industry.
  • Hands-on experience using Primavera software/Microsoft Project.
  • Exposure to high capital value projects in a multi-discipline environment.
  • Sound experience in the client interface.
  • Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into the project planning scenario.
  • Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
  • Ensure other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available.
  • Develop elaborate proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
  • Ensure discovered non-conformances (NCRs) are identified, reported, tracked, and closed out before acceptance of the work requirements.
  • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
  • Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, and controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices, and the company’s code of practices.
  • Communicate the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals. Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
  • Handle departmental work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.
  • Ensure accuracy of vendor/contractor/technical partner daily safety and operational reports.
  • Commits to company core values and ensures full compliance to QHSE policies, standards, procedures, and job-specific requirements by leading and driving the culture of Zero Incident, Zero Accident, and Zero Spill initiatives for field operations.
  • Ensure that all necessary field pre-jobs, real-time, and post-jobs documents are properly utilized and duly signed and filed, whilst monitoring and overseeing the timely production of quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with Contractors, Equipment, and Service Providers to provide operational forecasts to allow continuous operations and contingency plans. And also provide performance feedback where needed.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate daily reporting of operations and Well report delivery for each operation phase by preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports according to the applicable instructions.
