Planning Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collate, analyse data and compile Group reports to Planning Manager
• Coordinate with the customer for monthly reports, forecast, and analyze forecast trend.
• Monitor all production operational reports and plans.
• Follow up with Subsidiary on the production schedule to support customer demand.
• Follow up with Subsidary on raw material ordering , Optimization of Capacity, Machine Utilizaiton.
• Work with Subsidiary to manage effectiveness of Inventory management.Follow up with Subsidary to reduce raw material , WIP & Finish Goods inventories through optimization of machine planning and OEE.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate or 2 ~ 5 years of working experience in manufactuing operation, strategic planning , supply chain or equivalent
• Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel , Privot Table , V-Lookup and Syleline will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player who is self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Good customer service skills
• Proactive attitude and work ethic
• Assist and guide to optimise production plans while integrating constraints, such as inbound capacities, material receiving and supplier MOQs
