Planning Manager

A well-established marine company located in Tuas is seeking Planning Manager on permanent position.

• Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager.
• Responsible for Planning, monitoring and controlling of the Projects.
• Responsible for L4 schedule/MP Histogram/S Curves/RDC preparation.
• Responsible for the overall weekly/monthly progress report preparation and ensure that it is delivered to the Client in a timely manner.
• Review, Monitor & Analyze the project progress and KPI on weekly basis.
• Attend Client/internal meeting. Highlight Area of concern, critical path and 2 weeks look ahead plan to the project teams.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop contingency plans and work with the project team to mitigate risks.
• Evaluate and assess the impact of any changes to the project scope, schedule or resources. Work with the project team to implement changes and update project plan accordingly.
