Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a regional role on one of our largest clients, Electronic Arts. In this role you will act as an important member of the regional planning discipline. You will represent the regional recommendations and have regular interaction with our regional clients, being a trusted voice at the agency to represent and deliver our work. You will work collaboratively across all disciplines and support in the day to day management of the account, reporting, delivery of plan and executional excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the internal team and with key regional clients
  • Be adaptable and able to fit the unique culture of the team
  • Be comfortable presenting to represent work and ideas to both clients and internally
  • Set out the structure, process, tools and talent by market to service our current and future international requirements.
  • We need someone who can support in helping to organise and manage numerous EMEA markets, as well helping to deliver the response logistically across all media channels.
  • To manage financial aspects (including invoicing) of the account and contributing to trustworthy financial stewardship.
  • To foresee and pro-actively resolve planning issues with the team leadership
  • To assist the client in the delivery against their objectives, by understanding the challenges and opportunities and how media can support.
  • Give strategic input into the planning and execution of the plans to support these objectives.
