Description:

Applications are invited for the position of Planning Officer in Roadstone Ltd to be based in Belgard, Tallaght.
The successful candidates will have a key role in the delivery of a variety of projects within the extraction, manufacturing, energy, and waste fields of Roadstones business
The person appointed will report to the Director of Planning, Environment and Property.

The role will involve:

  • Management of a range of planning application projects for various developments including extraction, manufacturing, and waste developments
  • Management of consultants involved in the preparation of planning applications, waste licences trade discharge licences
  • Reviewing and editing technical reports in relation planning applications, EIAR, AA, waste licence applications, trade discharge
  • Advising on planning compliance within the company

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Candidates should ideally possess:

  • Planning or related 3rd level qualification
  • Experience /knowledge of the Irish planning system and EIA regulations
  • Good report writing skills
  • Strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills

The role will involve:
