Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning, Performance and Programme Manager to join our Governance team. This newly created role will support the operational planning, performance and programme management and regulatory compliance. To do this you will:

  • Design processes for the collection and analysis of key organisational and project performance information.
  • Actively embed and improve Brunelcare’s risk, assurance and control environment.
  • Establish, maintain and continually review a comprehensive corporate performance management framework.
  • Present performance information against key indicators; ensuring that directors and managers fully understand key performance trends and issues.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Coordinate the preparation of tenders in response to contracts let by external stakeholders.
  • Complete key statutory and regulatory returns for regulators and associated agencies ensuring that they are completed accurately and within submission deadlines to ensure regulatory compliance.
