We deliver on our purpose through our core values of being passionate, driven, and authentic As a Planning Services Manager, you play an essential role in providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the fulfillment of client requirements, consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, and mentorship to the planning services team. This role involves overseeing team operations, fostering strong relationships with contractors and clients, managing projects effectively, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Traffic control, Security Industry or Construction background preferred.
  • Five years of previous management experience.
  • Hold a valid TCP ticket, or be willing to participate in the certification course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Office Suite.
  • High adaptability.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Business Insight- Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals.
  • Collaborate- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Plans and Aligns- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with the organizational goals.
