Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
  • Create and manage supply plans to ensure product availability aligns with demand forecasts.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Order fulfilment teams to align supply and demand plans with business objectives.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and other relevant information to adjust forecasts and improve accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply and demand planning.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to demand variability and supply chain disruptions
