Job Posting:
Kontoor Brands is looking for a new Planogram Analyst to join our team. The Planogram Analyst provides a high level of support to the Category Advisor for the implementation of our Walmart Buying team partner’s strategic objectives. This is done through the execution of planogram design & layout, Walmart.com Style Guide maintenance, Walmart.com content management, and foundational item coding & maintenance. This person needs to understand the apparel market and be highly motivated to perform in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, be detail oriented, demonstrate strong analytical skills, have story-telling abilities, will have the ability to be proactive in digging into the data to develop a story or pull-out key insights, and the ability to influence to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modulars: Execute Category Advisor’s vision for planogram design & layout. Ensure Planogram content is accurate, timely, and is aligned with the needed floor & promotional sets. Leverage store clusters to create store group specific planograms.
- Item Content Health: Develop, maintain, & improve category Style Guide. Ensure consistent, high-quality content that improves conversion & drives sales.
- Web Enrichment: Complete site walks of Walmart’s & key competitor websites to gain shopper insights to improve the Walmart.com experience. Document & communicate content best practices with the end goal of improving quality scores.
- Omni Category Reporting: Input, maintain, and improve item level coding files that enable category reporting. Ensure that the infrastructure behind the Category Advisors tools is up to date to maximize efficient & accurate analytics.
- Omni Competitive Analysis: Tie item level coding to Walmart Circana ALR data to maximize syndicated data analysis opportunities.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred degrees are in Business, Data Analytics or Computer Science
- Understanding of the apparel market and the competitive landscape
- Space Planning Software Experience (Blue Yonder Preferred)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Content Management & Website Analytic Tools
- Prior retail experience
- Data Analytics Experience Preferred But Not Required
