Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage batch sheets and product labels for production lines.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the systems database.
  • Record and report labor data accurately.
  • Prepare and distribute work packs for the incoming shift, ensuring the latest version number is included.
  • Input shift data into the manual SLR and DWOR system/Qlik View, ensuring consistency with SIC requirements.
  • Oversee the Tensor system for managing holiday entries and absences.
  • Answer office phone calls as needed.
  • Provide assistance to the Manager with data-related queries.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by department managers.
  • Generate Pirana works orders as required.
  • Raise Health & Safety MIS reports.
  • Support administrative functions for other departments when necessary.
  • Complete other reasonable duties as requested.
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of the department by ensuring effective communication flow both within and outside the unit.
